About on speed

On Speed was founded by Garrett Sherwood, a former Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot whose career was built around precision, discipline, and performance.

During his time in Naval Aviation, Garrett served as an instructor pilot, Landing Signal Officer (LSO), and demonstration pilot, completing more than 350 arrested landings aboard aircraft carriers. Today, he continues flying professionally as a commercial airline pilot while building a brand inspired by the mindset that defined his career.

In Naval Aviation, "On Speed" doesn't mean flying fast. It means flying at the precise angle of attack where the aircraft is perfectly balanced; not too fast, not too slow. It's the standard every carrier pilot strives for because precision, discipline, and consistency matter.

Those same values extend far beyond aviation.

On Speed was created for those who pursue excellence in everything they do. Whether on the golf course, in an aircraft, or in everyday life, the brand represents balance, performance, and the commitment to becoming better every day.

Keep It On Speed.
